Summer Solstice | Sun Salutations Workshop

This immersive experience will dive into the historical roots of sun salutations, explore their deep connection to yoga philosophy, and unpack the biomechanics of each posture to promote safe and sustainable movement for anyone. This workshop is good for yoga teachers to learn more about this sequence and for students to find a deeper practice.

Learn precise cueing techniques to empower both your personal practice and your teaching skills. Align your body, mind, and breath with the energy of the longest day of the year.

Instruction will include history, body mechanics for each posture, adaptations for each posture, and time to practice the sequence.
